Our in-house graphic design team will render your first logo proof concept within 24 hours of your purchase (Monday through Friday and generally it’s within a few hours, depending on workload).
Once your first concept is complete you will receive an Email with a link to your design for review and approval – please be sure to check your spam folder just in case the Email ends up there.
You can submit any revisions and questions to your designer, or confirm your proof through the link that is emailed to you.

No. Our Logo Design Service inlcludes the set-up and covers the time for your assigned designer to work on your new logo design and card layout. Once you supply us with your content, we get to work on your order and the back and forth digital proofing process begins. After you approve you will recieve all digital logo files, no charge.
In the first step, Logo Design, you can upload up to three files by clicking the ‘UPLOAD’ buttons under the Design Content and Design Direction boxes. Our team will take your ideas, current logos, or anything else you have and turn it into a new custom look for your brand!
No current logo or card design, no problem – this is included in this package! Let our in-house artwork team design a logo for you, then we will design a custom card for you based on your input. We know how to make you look good – guaranteed! Please let us know (in the artwork comments box) what you’re looking for in terms of style and message – we’ll take it from there. STEP 2 | PROOFING PROCESS Within 24 hours (Monday through Friday), you will receive a digital proof. Please note any changes and our designers will work with you until you love your new logo design. Once you're completely satisfied, confirm your logo.
STEP 3 | PRODUCTION After confirming your logo design, you will receive your complete files in different sizes and formats to set your brand up for success. We will also begin the proofing process for your new Wood Business Card design. Track your order status at any time in the My Account portal on our website.
